Could peta save more animals if they spent their proceeds on food instead of staged protest?

They travel all over the US and stage elaborate and costly group protest to supposedly save animals. But all this free advertising comes at a price. Plane tickets, hotel cost, and food for these radical liberals. According to recent reports Peta kills off more than 90% of its animals. Lets hope they don't go after endangered species because they will wipe them off faster than you can say peta on rye bread.
