Candida Albican IgG test?

IgG, IgM, and IgA are different types of antibodies. An antibody is formed in response to a specific antigen found within the body. Candida Albicans is a type of yeast which is a fungus. Herpes is a virus. So an antibody test for Candida albicans would tell nothing about herpes. However, there are antibody tests for Herpes that can be done.
