I got a false negative diagnostic test for male yeast infection?

i am so stressed out! iv been trying to prove to my doctor that i have (systemic candida) intestinal male yeast infection. i have all the symptoms & i feel the pain & everything. i even did the saliva test at home where you spit in a cup of water & webs should fall down from your spit if you have yeast & it did! see i took too much antibiotics for my gonorrhea which went away but left me with a new problem, yeast infection. it killed all the bad bacteria but also the good ones leaving me vulnerable for yeast infection. i got tested but it came back negative!? i am so furious! at the test results because i am in so much pain & i thought i was going to get the medications for sure but i didnt!? stupid faulty test results! im starting to think they didnt even do the test because im insured with blue cross! please help idk what to do?
