What do you call the Mini Go-karts?

I was in Rye Playland today and went on the go karts ride many times. It was pretty fast for a toy car, up to 10 mph, and found out that these can be purchased somewhere. It had gas and brakes, like a normal car, and was pretty small. Whats the name of the go kart?
