What can I do about my problem with Antibiotics. ?

I have been on Antibiotics for three weeks for Strep Throat and now I'm sure I have oral thrush/yeast infection form the meds. Im not sure if I still have Strep but a doctor told me my throat looked better okay and to dicontinue the Antibiotics because they are generally making me feel like crap. I' have a perscription to cure the Candida overgrowth problem but I still need to be on meds to clear the rest of the Strep up. I can't take both or there will be more problems with my immune system !!! I'm going to see a ENT in a few days since I'm allergic to every Antibiotic out there (Bactrim, Zithromax, Penicillin, Amoxicillin, Doxycycline and I guess Clindamycin now) what should I expect from this doctor. ? Yeast overgrowth problems are NOTHING compared to Strep symptoms....this is WAY worse.
