Oral Thrush? (CANDIDA ALBICANS)?

my tongue was covered in a thick removable coating on thursday..i scarepped it off and it hasnt came back ever since now its saturday (2 days later). BUT on thursday night when I got home from work I brushed my tongue with my tongue brush and tooth paste and my tongue bled a little??? .if it was oral thrush would that white coating have came back by now? also i dont have an unusual taste nor does it hurt or feel any different
