I am 18 years old and have thrush on my penis, a rash on my anus and bad acne. could it be candida?

i have been reading about candida albicans and candidiasis. and those are all symptoms. so not sure? also, if it is candida. are there any pills i could take to cure it. because i have found that the gel for such infections is difficult to apply and i figure i may be leaving out affected areas. thanks in advance!
