White/bacteria stuff on tongue?

Ok, now, I know it is natural l to have some white stuff on the back of the tongue but i have a lot. I've been reading that it could be Candida. But i looked it up and i don't have any of the symptoms listed except this one. so what is it? Candida or just a lot of white/bacteria stuff? I tried mouth wash but that didn't get rid of it. And i normally don't use mouth wash because it makes me sick sometimes. I brush my teeth everyday also.
