Psoriasis and candida?

I just recently had my first ever out break in psoriasis in my entire life. I am a 20 year old single mom and this crap is covering my whole body! I am working towards getting rid of it and helaing the under lying cause and one of my suspisions is candida, i was wondering if anyone had experience in healing their psoriasis and details on how and how long it took and what the healing process entailed of: getting worse before better ? etc... Also if anyone has done so through a candida cleanse! Thank you!
