Sound Like i Have Candida?

Hi im 18 and went on antibiotics to get rid of zits, long story short ive been having stomach problems ever since and recently noticed a white furryness towards the back of my tongue with some large swollen bumps, i began a sugar free, bread free, and dairy free diet the other day and today noticed lots of like long white stringy cobwebs comming off of my stool. is this candida or something else? Hope ive figured this out finally its been miserable for months!!!
