Will Candid overgrowth due to Doxycycline antibiotics go away if I stop taking them?

I'm a 21 year old male. I've have been prescribed Doxycycline for genital pain. The pain is gone now, but now I have Candida overgrowth on my tongue. My prescription for Doxycycline is over so I have stopped taking it. Will this be enough to stop the Candida overgrowth and make it go away? or do I need to do something else to kill it off? Also, if it is the former, how long does it usually take to go away?
