Who makes this kind of hat & is it possible to get one just like it, brand new?

I was camping and my friend (guy) lost it. He claims it was in my tent, but I didn't remember seeing it. Especially putting my tent away in it's box or whatever. Anyways, it's blue (I wanna say a light ash blue) and it had an F in the front with a shield. I feel bad for him and I know it's not my responsibility, but I feel like I should get him a new one. It's almost been a year. I just want him to be happy with it again. He claims that they don't make it anymore, but I'm sure they do. So my question remains. I didn't ask anything else, so please don't say I'm stupid, or anything else. Plz & thanks!
