What kind of blood tests do I need to ask my doctor to take for candida and mono and other related diseases?

Ive been struggeling for years now yet still thers no light at the end of the tunnel :( I have a blood test on friday for liver functions ect, will candida or mono show up on this if ther not looking for it ?
