Parental Influence on Holden Caulfield?

If you really want to hear about it , the first thing you'll want to do is realize that Holden saw reality, and did not like it. that all the parental influence and society is just a bunch of phony crap.....good ole J.D. Salinger was trying to make a point, that life is bs but the adult world is blind and just accepts phoniness as grown up.
