Need help please!!!~ i think i have candida our a sinus infection our something please help!!!?

For the past few weeks i have been having the following symtoms some have gone away but others remain. Light headedness. fuzzy thinking. hard to focus on things. sleepy all the time. dizzyness. pressure in my entire head! like a heavy headed feeling spaced out feeling. burping non stop sometimes. aniexty like feeling. sometimes i feel like i might throw up but it goes away after a few minutes. please someone help!
