How do I remove Yeast (Candida) from my Underwear?

I can assure you that your yeast infections are not being propagated by laundered underwear. Absolutely washing your underwear in a normal cycle with detergent and drying totally removes any worry about any yeast microbes. I don't know where you heard washing and drying don't kill yeast... but it is untrue. I believe if I remember correctly that Candida is killed at about 120 degrees. Not even very hot.
