Does a "Candida Antigen Injection" hurt?

I have been battling these stubborn warts for almost a year by going to my doctor and having them frozen with liquid nitrogen, today my doctor mentioned another option- Candida Antigen Injections. I was wondering. Are these injectiosn more or less painful when compared to the Liquid Nitrogen appoarch? Also are the injections any more effective that the Liquid Nitrogen appraoch? Any advice as to which is better or less painful would be appreciated.
