Candida diet questions five lac three lac?

hey, im about to start candida diet, knowing I at least have it somewhat. im only 29, so im still wanting to drink alcohol. I ws wondering, if i take threelac/fivelac they say you dont hae to worry much about your diet. is this true? so if i went out and drank one night, will it be completely wrong if i drank wine s odka. i heard wine and beer are the worst. also, when i do these things will they be taking me back to square one or will i just be eliminating candida slower ( while on threelac)
