Candida Albicans Allergy & Vaginal Yeast Infections?

I recently had a skin allergy test done, and it showed I was severely allergic to Candida Albicans. (For those of you who know a little about this test, the "welt" that formed was 19mm). I don't really know much about this allergy. I suffer from eczema & I also get reoccurring yeast infections and wonder if this is all in relation of each other. I've read that taking caprylic acid helps with Candida Albicans control. I've just started a regimen of probiotics in the AM, and caprylic acid with dinner. I understand if I take both at the same time, the Caprylic Acid will overtake the probiotics. Just looking for a little bit more information :) thanks!
